Life is uncomfortable
Hi Azay kumar mi, yes – having a poor performing team can definitely make life uncomfortable (I have certainly experienced that)! Consider the possibility of changing that statement a little to something like “I have the power to change my team.” It will change the way you view the issue and is a lot more empowering.
