About Vanessa Brooks
The founder of Leadership Mastery.
Vanessa’s mission is to empower women globally in leadership and business.
A multi award-winning business and leadership coach and mentor, Vanessa has a gift of taking the complex and breaking it into simple steps that work. After earning two post-graduate university degrees, she has spent the last 15 years leading and transforming businesses. Firstly as a manager herself, leading teams for leading international brands such as Fonterra, Caltex, Chevron Texaco and Fairfax Media, and secondly as a business mentor, mentoring business owners and managers to create better teams and businesses.
Her track record stands for itself, with a long list of satisfied clients she has made a difference to, all over the world. She is passionate, talented and driven to make a difference in the world. As part of this she also gives back by donating her time and money to charities and small business entrepreneurs.

How will the course be delivered?
The course will run for six weeks and we will meet once a weekAll of your training will be available immediately within our private, member-only website when you enrol. In this way you can learn at your own pace – no more waiting for weekly modules to be released.
The course is split into 5 modules – one for each of the 5 Steps. Within each module you’ll find a number of easy to follow videos, done-for-you templates, and links to real-life examples that you can learn from.

Weekly online group training with Vanessa
Every week, we will meet online for an hour to go through the leadership module for the week. This same content will also be available on-demand in your online training centre.
During each in-person session, I will check in with each of you to see how you’re going and help you unblock any challenges that you’re having.

As soon as you sign up you will be sent access to the programme via email. This will include all of your login details to the programme’s membership site. All the modules will be available immediately for you to access.
You’ll have identified each of the people on your team and know who your A, B and C Players are and how to manage each of them so you can improve their performance.
You’ll learn how to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each of your team members, how to get them engaged with the KPIs and how to hold them accountable to them.
You’ll also have a measure of your team’s engagement and know how to improve your score.
You’ll have put the right processes and structures in place that will deliver an accountable team and have all of your meetings in place. Your meetings will be structured and effective.
You’ll also understand your leadership style better and be given the tools you need to become an empowered, successful and influential leader.
